This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery.
• For such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
• GAMOSTAR does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables.

Refund Policy

• A refund or replacement will be processed if the delivered product is found to be of poor quality.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 2 days of receipt.
• Complaints about products with a manufacturer’s warranty should be directed to the manufacturer.
• If the product does not match the description or your expectations, notify our customer service team within 2 days of receipt.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
